Good rate and smooth process. Time difference did make it a little difficult at times though but that is not the fault of the lender.

Didnt reply to my request to confirm rate refresh option eligibility for my program. Coming from ThirdFederal, I presumed it was comparable to their program, which is a rate adjustment not a new mortgage, and hence doesnt save 3.5% stamps on...
