Jordan's communication and willingness to explain everything was perfect! I was EXTREMELY pleased with him acknowledging my difficult work schedule and to do primary everything by E-mail even though it took longer.

The confusion was in receiving the checks. They were a bit challenging to figure out where they were going to in reference to a specific account
