My loan processor looking into files before requesting me to send again. Some documents I submitted 4 times costing my a little over $120 in total. She was not very professional.

There were quite a few times that emails to Conner and voicemails left for him were never responded to. We had an especially difficult time with the processor on this file (Claudia Van Herwaarden) who was also very non-communicative with us...

Jordans communication was wonderful. That is such an important thing to me. He answered the phone or called me back immediately when I called.

Charges and fees given upon initial inquiry were changed after I agreed to move forward. I was told no fees and quoted the incorrect interest rate. Important terms changed after the credit was pulled. She did a good job overall and I don't...
