Elizabeth was proactive throughout the process and kept everything on track. Most importantly, her communication was excellent!
Communication was terrible I had to constantly ask how Things were going, was the appraisal ordered, etc to top it off we waited for funding for 45 minutes at closing I did not recommend New American to my clients and never will to anyone else...
