My loan officer Logan Mead took a vacation during my closing. Said he could do things with my budget, which was untrue switched all the numbers on a Friday two days before closing. $8000 increase up my monthly payment then no communication...

What made it great was how they stayed with me during the whole process. It wasn't easy waiting on the irs transcripts. We pulled it out in the end. Without the support from them it wouldn't have happened!
