James was easy to talk to and was available at most times of the day into the night. Made every step of the process.
Alec was always very responsive to any questions we had and was very excessible throughout the process.

They were very quick about everything, especially after Freedom Mortgage was slow to respond and gave us a horrible rate after being loyal customers for 10 years.
