Clear and accurate timelines would have been better. Prior to starting the process timeline was discussed as important. We were often in the dark, delay after delay, lots of unnecessary addendums had to be made to the contract due to lack of...

James was knowledgeable and responsive in answering questions and meeting buyer's needs. Communication between the processing/closing team and our title company in preparation for closing however, left a bit to be desired.
