Better communication and response time. Our closing was pushed back multiple times due to incompetence from our loan officer and processor.

Improve the communication, and retrieval of borrower documents in a more timely and efficient manner. Keep the borrower informed at all times and complete the necessary paperwork in advance before the closing date in order for a smooth transition....
