We had zero communication. Our email was blocked and she never picked up or returned calls. Closing attorney said they had difficulty too.

I get comfortable and in the loop the entire process. I was offered different options with details to back it. I was a little disappointed that you can’t use local programs or they weren’t offered when using a larger company.

Better communication about closing details. Not getting the CD an hour before closing. Loan processor responding to calls and emails in a timely manner.
