Communication wasnt great nor accurate.

Someone explainjng information better after asking multiple times about a gifted percentage they owner Would be able to receive there money back after having screenshots of the conversation!

Over our experience was very nice. the only minor drawback was the time difference between the east and west coast . other than that everything was great
