Wayne stayed connected to the clients and myself as the Realtor. We were able to close in 45 days which is acceptable as a Buyers Agent.

Essam got us to closing!!!!!

Buyer, Title Company, myself and the selling agent were inpressed with last minute hussle to make everyting close smoothly.
