Communication could have been better.

Great communication. There was an issue on the appraisal that only got brought up on closing day! We still closed that day but were delayed several hours. I don't blame Austin, I blame the underwriter.

Austin was always availble and gave my buyers everything they needed. They had a unique situation and he worked hard to make home ownership possible for their tight timeline.

Mr. Davis worked hard at assuring that our home buying experience was the best. He always kept us informed, was always available to answer any questions or concerns and worked through any problems or questions that may occured even after hours!...

Communication and organization could've been better to avoid delaying closing.
