While the initial communication was great, everything drastically went downhill the closer we got to closing. Responses were snappy at times, we received emails in the middle of the night asking for documents, we were asked for the same documents...

Communication could have been better.
Great communication. There was an issue on the appraisal that only got brought up on closing day! We still closed that day but were delayed several hours. I don't blame Austin, I blame the underwriter.
Austin was always availble and gave my buyers everything they needed. They had a unique situation and he worked hard to make home ownership possible for their tight timeline.
Austin did a great job and locked in when we thought we might face closing delays. However, we were able to keep everything on track and clients happy after Austin ensured it all got to where it needed to be! Very appreciative!

Austin was very knowledgeable, helpful and highly available. Austin went out of his way to answer our calls, texts and emails even durning non-business hours. Austin was also helpful with guiding us along the way, providing options and recommendations....
