Communication
Wayne stayed connected to the clients and myself as the Realtor. We were able to close in 45 days which is acceptable as a Buyers Agent.
Communication and way of taling was grate but Process was very slow, till last day asking for the document, i was expecting all process should complete at least 2- 3 days before than the closing date.
Thanks for being as accessible as you were during this process for me! I had many questions and felt I was able to reach out to Wayne easily to receive an answer.
In general our experience was great as we used Wayne Leonard again. Due to his support and customer service, this is the 3rd time obtaining a mortgage through NAF with Wayne being our loan consultant. Our experience when it came to loan processing...

Overall the process was smooth. There was some frustration around communication to fix some items on the disclosures, which didn’t get addressed timely. Also, the wire from NAF was delayed at closing as apparently the evidence of down payment...

There was an extremely amount of paperwork at times seemed a little ridiculous, thanks to Wayne he helped us threw it. Wayne was a pleasure to work with.
