Communication was below my other lender partners communication in both content and response time

The loan officer but really the process took much longer on the back end between processing and underwriting it felt like a slower than normal process

He responded promptly to emails and closing occured earlier than originally stated because he knew it was important to our client to close as soon as possible and he made it happen.

Constant effort to finally get that square peg into the round hole.

We had a few hicups along the way but NAF corrected the issues and we got it done.
