The representative I spoke to was professional. BSI is not.

I talked to someone in August when I made a payment in the amount of 3,000 and promised to pay the remaining balance by September 6. Keep getting calls. Explain everything and have tried and tried. I am sorry but everyone has medical problems...

Change your policy to benefit the customer in time of need. It’s ridiculous to think that the customer has to ruin their credit for 3 months before you assist the customer. And I can only expect by that time …. You won’t help … but foreclose...
