Poor experience. Payments were posted incorrectly. Customer service was not helpful or friendly.

I left a message to be called back and did not hear back so the next day I called again and the call dropped, then the agent gave me a different number to call and select ootion 3 and that didn't work out. So it was a long process.

Connie was excellent. I requested a manager to call me since May and as of today August 2, 2024, I still have not received a call. I’ve called at least 5 times. You need more people like her. Connie was excellent. However, the rest of BSI employees...
