Better closing Kept getting emails revising closing documents Closing was Thursday tomorrow is Monday and still have not received payout. Wire transfer should be instant payout

Mercelo was easily available and very knowledgeable on the whole process. He made me feel like I, the customer, was actually priority one. You don’t get that to often anymore. He is a great asset to NAF.
