We felt communication was great at first when we were working with Janelle but Tammy was difficult to reach when we had questions. Overall it was still a good experience.

I had a bad experience with Rocket Mortgage,Janelle was like a breath of fresh air, so professional, kind, and understanding.She answered all our questions no matter how small. She always called back, never leaving ushanging.
