We told Doris MULTIPLE times on which loans we wanted to get paid off for our equity cash out loan. And even once we had filled out the paperwork and we had thought we'd gone over it several times, where the money was getting distributed was...

Doris is extremely knowledgeable with the process and goes above and beyond to assist her client. She kept me informed at every step and never once gave up and said my refinancing was not possible even I felt discouraged. I can not explain...

Everything went just fine...one still waiting for payoff check to come in...... snail mail isnt the best way to pay off other bills, we now have interest and late payments to deal with. Overall it went great.
