Tracy was incredibly helpful and was able to close our refi in a very reasonable amount of time.
Tracy was very informative, fast and efficient getting my refinance completed in a timely manner.
From the very first call to Tracy until the signing at title we were kept informed of every step and not once did we wonder what was going on. Hands down the best experience we have had with a Lender.

Tracy joined 1st Security Bank Home Lending in January of 2013, is one of the area’s most successful managers and loan officers. A Bremerton resident since 1978, the Olympic High School graduate started in the home lending industry with Lynnwood Mortgage in 1986. In 1994, after working for eight years as a loan processor, Tracy became a loan officer and branch manager. She remained with the company for 27 years, during its change to a full service savings bank (Golf) and later through a merger with Sterling Bank.
