We have worked with Tracy a few times and she is always very knowledgeable and quickly responds to any questions or needs .My only complaint ( not with Tracy, but the company) is the interest rates were not as competitive as other companies....

Prompt responses to questions, able to explain things in terms easy to understand, and offered platforms for completing documents that were convenient for a busy schedule.

Tracy joined 1st Security Bank Home Lending in January of 2013, is one of the area’s most successful managers and loan officers. A Bremerton resident since 1978, the Olympic High School graduate started in the home lending industry with Lynnwood Mortgage in 1986. In 1994, after working for eight years as a loan processor, Tracy became a loan officer and branch manager. She remained with the company for 27 years, during its change to a full service savings bank (Golf) and later through a merger with Sterling Bank.
