Our loan officer went over everything and explained the entire process to us. Even called us and talked through the entire big stack of paperwork. Was easy process!
Del was took time to explain each document we signed.
Our situation was not simple but Felix made the process much easier. Thanks again!!! We love our new home : D

Lori helped us get our loan for our home approved while we were under a time crunch, the process was easy and understandable. She was available to answer all of our calls for any questions that we may have had during the process.
