The whole experience was fabulous!
Our experience was wonderful except for some IT (Loan Butler) issues that took a few days to resolve. This is no reflection on Russ or Lorel, who were attentive, helpful, easy to work, and worked diligently to get the problem resolved.
Lori was impressively efficient and available for any and all questions. The Loan Butler portal was not always easy to work with because it wasn't always clear which category to put documents in, and sometimes the documents would get rejected....
