Sarah was quick to help me get preapproved and was available when I had questions. She was knowledeagble, professional, and I'm grateful for the ways she helped me get the loan I needed in a short amount of time.

The whole process was easy to learn and navigate with step-by-step instructions from the online portal and my loan officer, with her assistant.
