The closing was a bit rough and there was back and forth with underwriting Paperwork was still being waited on while we sat at the closing table for an hour before we were able to sign, so that was a bit frustrating

Lori was very helpful from the beginning. The process was drawn out die to long lab times with the welll tedting - but that was out of Lori's hands. She was very gracious and helpful.
