Good communication, details and updates were handled quickly by Brett and Leigh-Ann (the processor), pushed to get CTC and loan docs out to accomodate my shcedule. Good overall communication and a good rate/fees

Zack and I went over all of my options multiple times to ensure I was understanding of what style of loan I was getting into, the tools it provides and also how to be proactive about paying towards it.
