Zack and I went over all of my options multiple times to ensure I was understanding of what style of loan I was getting into, the tools it provides and also how to be proactive about paying towards it.

I think Surveys like this fail to provide the qualitative data needed to effectively judge the process and employees. Zack was great even when things got tough. There were more than few complications with my process due to some...well ...lets...
