    I wasn't considering a refinance of any sort and had never heard of the All in One Loan prior to Josh reaching out but after research it appeared the AIO was the product I should be in.

    Josh is fabulous, very knowledgeable, kept us informed, and brought us a great product. Underwriting was obnoxious and frustrating, Josh kept us calm and plugging along.

    Josh is GREAT. Underwriters did make things challenging. Some of what they required seemed ridiculous.
