This was my first time doing a cash out refi. Alycia and her team provided some great advice and walked me through. They made the process streamline and easy to understand.
Spamming requests for feedback for a pretty understood process isn’t very fun, and having a feedback form that punishes with more mandatory questions when you don’t rate the service high enough punishes honesty
