Alycia and the Edmonds team were professional, timely, and supportive throughout the entire loan process. I felt that they are knowledgeable on the subject and did their best to present me with options that were right for my situation.

Only hiccup was around the notary signing . timing/scheduling requirements were not made clear and the communication with the notary was same day in the afternoon (glad we were able to change our evening plans to accommodate)

Alycia joined 1st Security Bank Home Lending early in 2013 and brings not only experience, but “top-of-the-class” training as well: The “XCO” (Xinnix Certified Originator) after her name represents graduation from the top mortgage academy in the country and is shared by only one-half of one percent of loan officers nationally. This elite certificate required completion 90 classes, 400 hours of training and passing a rigorous four-hour exam.
Alycia earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington. She entered the home lending business in 2005.
She enjoys the problem solving involved in finding the right loan program for her clients.
