After studying Psychology and Philosophy at UC Berkeley, Terence began his career in Home Lending in Chapel Hill, North Carolina in 2005. Before landing in Port Townsend in 2009, he returned to graduate school to earn his MBA from UC Davis with an emphasis in finance and marketing. In 2015, Terence joined 1st Security Bank Home Lending because of their expanded suite of loan products and exceptional way they take care of clients.
Away from work, Terence is a slow but steady distance runner, reluctant sailor, amateur wood worker, and a recovering golf addict. You may see him and his wife chasing their kids around the Olympic Peninsula with their old hound dog close behind!
