My home insurance and property taxes are paid from an escrow account. Payment was not sent to the insurance company and I had to pay out of pocket otherwise the payment would not have been received in time.

While the reason for the error on my statements wasn’t explained, Bennie pointed out that the most recent statement was correct and reassured me it should remain correct moving forward.
