I was told my request would be resubmitted. When I called back over a week later I was told that the first person I spoke to essentially lied to me. My issue was not resolved, no one has contacted me.

Roseanna was very nice, respectful of my time, etc. She is an asset to your organization. I have been a Manager/Vice President for 48 years and can recognize when a person performs well, professional, and Roseanna represented all that.

I did not have to wait long for a operator .
