The closing costs for my Buyer were too high. You gave him a 1% buydown, but made up for that in closing costs. The docs were delivered untimely. The Seller had to reschedule. OK that its done, but not done well.

Although we seemed to changed loan officers half way through the process and some of the paperwork was submitted multiple times, I still feel like the company as a whole went above and beyond to get us approved and were very open and responsive...
