Things needed: Better communication. Timeliness in getting this transaction closed. Too many people involved to efficiently get the job done. (Normal transactions close in 6 weeks this took 4 months and almost lost the deal.) Kristen was pleasant...

Wonderful service. The loan went through flawlessly. Virginia was very helpful and accommodating. She made special arrangements for my spouse,who is handicapped ,to be at the closing.
The agents here are very helpful and friendly they guided us through the process with a smile which wasn’t always easy be because we weren’t to smart about what we were doing
