Ultimately, when I was able to get ahold of her, she was incres supportive and helpful. the only problem is that it was pulling teeth to get her to communicate with me. I'd call and leave voicemails and not hear back. I would have to call bzck...

Communication was easy and smooth. I will say that I believed this process would allow me to assume my first mortgage and remove my ex wife from the loan. I was not pleased that process costs an additional $1800 plus fees.
