To actually have person to person calls to explain what was happening, instead of AI answers. Jeff Rach didn't seem to want to speak to us to help with a couple of problems we were having regarding the checks made out to creditors and debt...

I feel my wife did more work, for a whole lot less than these two are being paid!! I started this process months ago BEFORE the hurricane season, and explained to Stephanie my urgency in getting this done....there were weeks, I never got response...
