This was the first NAF transaction I've had that no issues happened at closing and closed on time.

Michelle and her team were very responsive and patient with me as this was my first home buying experience!

Lack of communication from the beginning and delay in the file closing. Would NOT recommend New American Funding!

Both Melissa and Nicholas were great to work with and was very pleased with them both. They were profesional and answered questions in a timely manner. My only real complaint would be the amount of time it took to complete the process.

Max was great, Edgar a little less so, but satisfactory, It gets complicated to follow after that with all the 3rd parties to finish it out. I think had to work with 5 different agencies to finish.
