Scott was excellent-- Loved him. Jeovana was super friendly but very difficult to get in touch with.

Prompt response to questions.

1.There were underwriter trquests that were confusing to me AND Fidelity Investments, and finally withdrawn. 2. There were more than one math mistakes on final loan papers. Resolved by Totle agent.
