Mr Donohue was very responsive to my email communications and he kept my client well informed throughout the entire process, very professional and always willing to assist.

Nathan was excellent, there were issues with the technology and documentation loading. Additionally, there were delays in the final days of closing that should not have happened. Later requests for documentation and delay in communicaiton.
