Honestly Jeanette is the whole reason I used NAF. I found lower rates in some pre approvals, but Jeanette is the only one who took the time to thorough explain the ins and outs of the process. I cannot stress enough how great she made the process....

Everything was very smooth in the beginnin. It was the closing process that went really bad. the lack of instructions with the down payment process caused a delay with funding and was an inconvenience to both parties.

We had a 60 day close and on closing day nothing was ready, everything that happened was last minute , suppose to close at 10 am and it barely happened by 4
