THOUGHTS: Fees are TOO HIGH....Variable interest rates to AWFUL....Paperwork at Settlement was EXCESSIVE.....Time waiting after signing Settlement paperwork was AWFUL....I do not think I would do a reverse mortgage again if offered the opportunity....

First of all working with Lance Canada was like tallking to a good friend. He was always available when I had a question and made me feel free to call. I'm old and need extra explanations at times and he was there for me.
