This experience has been positive from the beginning to end. This lady, Patty McElhiney, is very experienced with working with the public and working in her office.

Patty has always been very friendly and the experience might not have been so great if she had not been so professional. She was professional in all aspects of the experience. I am very pleased with the experience.
