They knew what to do even though we didnt know what to do. We changed things and they rapidly adapted to it i.e restructing closing because we paid insurance and was going to pay taxes at end of year.

The whole process was easy and painless. I was kept in the informed all through the process by Rick Oaks or his associate. They use Docusign which is easy to use. I would definately use them again in the future if needed.
