Jim was very personable, friendly and made me feel at ease. He went out of his way to help me. I was going to get my loan from capital federal but switched because my son told me to use Jim as he used him in the past and trusted his advice.
She was VERY responsive. I would write her late at night, not expecting to hear back until the next day, and she would write back immediately! She was very patient with our busy lifestyle and constant questions. Love her!
