Tim is always on top of the things till loan closure and worked with the escrow company in timely closure. It is the second time I used the services of Tim and I am very satistfied customer and it was great experience.

it was a very easy process any questions I had Ian got right back to me it was my first tike time buying a home Ian was very helpful
