If underwriting had reviewed the documents I submitted more carefully, it would have saved considerable time explaining each one. For instance, one of the documents was bilingual, yet the officer claimed it hadn’t been translated into English....

Ian does not have good people skills and speaks/emails in a condescending manner. He doesn't listen to his customers and is dismissive of their concerns. Very dissappointing after a good first experience a few years ago.

rates stayed the same until the day of the close. Also there was an issue with the VA appraisal and Brett was able to get us a speedy second VA appraisal to keep the closing date the same. Great experience!
