Better reponse times from Matt to the customer, agent, and escrow team especially when answering phone calls. Made it uncomfortable near the end of the loan process for a first home buyer when responses weren't being made on time.

I had to reach out multiple times and it wasn't a grea experience. There were period of times there is no response neither any updates. Multiple calls that were unanswered and no return call. The service was very poor and I had to do the work...
