Would definitely recommend Ian to work with for a home loan. He gave us the best offer to refinance and the process was very smooth working with him and his team.
Ryan was very easy to get a hold of during the process for whatever crazy question or concern I had, and always patient in responding.

When our closing number changed we should have been notified and we still have not gotten a response on one of the changes and still do not know where that oney was allocated to
