I completed a couple of cashout transactions recently and the process was as seemless as can be expected. The northpointe team is on-task and their products pricing is very competitive. I will do business with them again.
I have used Ian at Northpointe multiple times for home loans and refi's. They have always had competitive rates and been easy to work with. Have even recommended them to friends that have used them.
I recently did refinance with Northpointe bank and thanks to Brett Foster who did excellent job in timely closing and smooth process. i really like his constant follow up and timely updates and I strongly recommend his services.
